We placed a togo order and it was prepared quickly and seemed hot when we arrived to pick it up. When we got home, 2 of the items were burned and inedible. The next morning we woke up to sour stomachs and knew it was from the food that we received from this restaurant. I contacted their customer service line and after 2 days got a response from Kaila. She apologized for the way we felt, but did not offer any apologies for the food tasting horrible or the $44 we threw in the trash because we couldn't eat much of what was ordered. Needless to say we are beyond frustrated and disappointed with the level of service from their corporate office. I will be contacting the health department since there is obviously a major concern that needs to be addressed in the restaurant. We will never go back again and at this point they will never win us back as customers in the future.
