Terrible service. They charged me more expensive without telling me why. They couldn't even understand my questions. On the receipt, they put the name of another sandwich to justify the overcharge. Also, the quality of the coffee is very cheap, I don't recommend getting coffee there. They really don't care about the customers.

I am very disappointed.
I know that kids eat less than adults but the Kids Chicken Schnitzel was almost non existent on the plate! Generous portion of chips though.
Price was way too high. I should have paid £5 less.

Visited the restaurant whilst waiting to go into the Chanel Exhibition. It was very busy but the manager was brilliant at getting people seated. It was amazing to watch. Never been here before but enjoyed a light lunch. It won't be to everybody's taste though but as a one-off I thought it was fine.

Very poor service and disagreeable staff: you wait for ever to be seated, to order, to be served. As a customer, you constantly have to attract the attention of staff to get anything, otherwise such staff will ignore you. The food is good …
