Haven't quite figured out how to enable self service... you order your food and pay for it... then collect it from the collection point... but uou don't collect your drinks from collection point, go somewhere else... not sure this is a seamless process... see so many folks asking the same Qs... Where's my drink...

Decent prices, good place to sit, you can get boxes with sushi, gyozas, soybeans. There is also Miso soup serving and other hot dishes. More like a fast food, but good tasting and great for a quick lunch.

Of all the places we ate in London, we loved itsu the most and was right below our airbnb!

One thing I can say never changes at Itsu is the attitude of the staff. Its such a welcoming chain, everyone is polite and smiling. The food is alwayd good but it's not cheap for what it is, especially the sushi boxes.
