Owner changed... not as good as before but still decent Review based on previous owner: Was walking past one day and was offered a taster sample (outside) if the falafel with some sauces... Was amazed by the quality since I made the mistake of judging this place as just another average kebab place Came back approx a month later and had a falafel wrap... OUTSTANDING... surprised at how good it was considering Falafel seems to be so dreadful in normal kebab looking venues... I ordered another one straight after Have been back since and tried a few other dishes which were OK ... Gave them feedback to improve ... But the falafel is simple the best I've had for a place like this... Much better than many of the highly rated places I've been too... I have spoken to the owner who has decades of experience and expertise of making great falafel... Including sauces and using good quality bread... Usually the biggest flop for other places... The bread makes such a difference here... The sauces are literally excellent... Not sure if I will try many of the other dishes though as being vegetarian they only tend to be good in the high end places... May try later through recommendation of a other reviews... But this place is currently my first choice for brilliant falafel!!!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Mezza Express. We went on a taste card so our money went very far; the meat was cooked and marinated spot on, service was very friendly and the food came rather quickly. Only unexpected thing was the 12.5% service charged which we didn't see when we checked on the menu, but other than that I could recommend it overall.
