Consistently excellent fish and chips. I get the impression that this is a family owned restaurant. Everybody I've dealt with has been really nice and they all seem to go above and beyond. Generous portions. Freshly cooked. Lovely place. (I also appreciated the table and chairs to be able to eat at the restaurant if you wanted to do so. Nice touch)

This is an excellent fish and chip shop. The service is polite, friendly, and welcoming. The quality of food is amazing. They offer all the usual food, but what makes this place special is how they prepare their fish and where they get their fish from. No competition, great food, and service.

Visited super cod for the first time today and growing up in Portsmouth I have struggled to find a great chippy in London until now, amazing batter on the cod, excellent chips, great portion sizes, friendly staff, amazing ! This will be the only fish and chips I will be ordering from now on 😁

I ordered large cod and chips. The serving is very large. Very large fish and chips which is really challenging to finish. The batter is crisp and seasoned well. You always have option to season it with extra salt and vinegar.
The team is friendly and children friendly.
I would highly recommend any hungry souls.
You have to buy the sauce separately. But overall, the quality and quantity against price, this is a really great deal.

Fantastic fish and chips! We are always happy with the quality of the food from SUPER COD. Portions are a good size and everything is fresh. Cod and chips never disappoints, but we have also tried the falafel wrap, kids meal, coleslaw, and the homemade cheesecake. All are delicious. The fish is crispy and fresh, with the right ratio of batter to be satisfying but not heavy. Contrary to some other comments I have seen in reviews, I found the owners to be very nice. They are not over-the-top friendly but the service is good and we have even been given complimentary small pieces of fresh hot fish to eat while waiting. Really happy to have SUPER COD as a nearby chip shop!

Ordered a kids meal as the adult portions are to much for me.. I had cod bites with chips and a juice box. Beautiful cod.. And fantastic chips.. Even had a wedge of lemon which was wonderful.. Will definitely be back very soon.. Lovely to have a good local chippy..and to get a delicious meal for under £5.00..
