I quite like how Dalston is making a serious bid for East London’s bar HQ. Tiny bar, but big in spirit. I really enjoyed the Hinoki & the Speyside Vesper. Cafe Tatin was a little dicey; not sure the addition of warm coffee worked out well. Definitely recommend booking a table if you’re going on a weekend.

The original cocktails were very complex and balanced. My wife ordered a classic cocktail that was not great, but it ended up the same price. So better to just opt for their originals

Went for two drinks and ended up trying the whole menu… The Cafe Tatin was the best version of an espresso martini I’ve ever had. Don’t walk to try it, run - before they change the menu!

Such a great bar. If I lived in London, I would come here all the time. The bartenders make excellent drinks. Really flavorful. Nathan was warm and attentive. The bar itself had a great vibe -- understated, intimate, good music, etc. If you want to try unique cocktails, this is the place. I thought they were fairly priced as well.
