Sizzler

Sizzler serves great food and delivers stellar customer service!! Never mind that Sizzler is my in-laws’ favorite restaurant (those shrimp and steaks and toast) or my husband’s favorite salad bar because it has all trimmings … You will have a pleasant dining experience and will want to come back. You will also be well taken care of by Manager Herbert and his wait staff like Garrett and Jentry! Additionally, Sizzler is a comfortable place to have meetings, celebrations, or gatherings. Yesterday, we attended an educational class on Medicare, with dinner included. Sizzler staff greeted us and directed us to the venue space. Throughout the event, Manager Herbert made sure that all 40+ of us we had what we needed, while the restaurant was full with other customers. His customer service shines through the employees. You can see and feel that they care about the customers. Sizzler is worth a visit soon!! I know that we will be back!

Sizzler is simply sizzler. One knows what one is going to get because it is uniform from one location to another. The steaks are actually quite good and if they overcook it they will redo it without question. I enjoy the all you can eat salad bar because I like the variety and with the wings, spaghetti and Mexican food I can make a meal out of it.

NEW REVIEW 7/9: Upgraded review to 5 stars from 1. What a difference a month or so makes! My wife and I went back to see if the restaurant had improved, and we always could fall back on the salad bar. Had to wait a short time to get our order in, business has really picked up since the last time we were here. I had the American Combo, ¼ ribs and bbq chicken. The ribs were flavorful and tender, the french fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Rice was excellent (having lived in Japan for 4 years, I know what Rice is supposed to taste like) perfectly cooked, flavorful without being overpowered with spices. Chicken was a little dry, but dipped into the excellent BBQ sauce was not bad. Got my comped steak, and was pleasantly surprised by the difference from the last steak. No visible gristle this time, and the steak was cooked medium rare like i requested. Talked to the manager, he told me that he was making changes in staffing and vendors and was glad that the changes were making a difference for the better. Recommend this Sizzler to Logan UT and the surrounding areas. To the management of this Sizzler, glad for the improvement and keep up the great work. Sorry guys, but I gotta call 'em like I see 'em. First, the service was good, salad bar was good, but the steaks were disgusting. I asked for medium rare but got a rare (walking) steak! While stationed in the Philippines years ago, I was served a dog steak; I thought it was the worst thing I've ever tasted. This steak was worse by a long shot. Stringy, tough, full of gristle. Couldn't finish the thing. Talked to the manager, found out that it was his second night and he was trying to right the sinking restaurant that the last manager ran into the ground. I wish him luck. Maybe I just got a bad steak, but my wife's was no better. The manager did us right and comped our meal. Hopefully this restaurant will get better. Meanwhile, the salad bar is still really good!

We chose to have our dinner after our sealing at sizzlers due to covid most restaurants were not very open or happy about having a big party come in. However, from the beginning sizzler was amazing. They communicated well over the phone when I was sechduling everything out. They also held our cake in the fridge until we were ready for it. The service was amazing! We had around 40 people there and they got our orders fast and kept toast coming. Servers were all polite and sweet. Overall a great experience.
