I was at 499 reward points. The server didn’t ask whether I wanted to use reward points or pay for a side, so she ended up deducting 200 points off me for a 99p side, when actually I wanted to pay for it and collect one more point to get a free 6 inch sub. Now I have to spend £20.10 to get to the points level I was before.
