Only been here 20mins and the barista is playing the harmonica, dancing and mimicking trumpets. Between the uncalled for entertainment and excessively strong frappucino my heart rate is at least 559 bpm. Would definitely come again

As a regular customer every time I get a coffee at this place all the staff were very welcoming by always asking how I am and am I having a good day. This will always be one of my happy places and I will always come here so thank you for making me feel welcome, happy and warm

Love this Starbucks so cosy and nice atmosphere. The girl that served me was lovely and left me a really nice message on my drink that made my day on a day I needed it most! I wasn’t able to give her a proper thank you so I left a note! Hope she got it 😊😁

Met here for a coffee date last Friday. It was nice and clean, and considering it's on the edges of Liverpool One, it was fairly quiet.
The queue was small, but the staff were attentive. We stayed for a good while, and only had a short wait to get another drink, even though it was lunchtime.
The staff seem to be well in control of their Covid procedures. You are asked if you have the tracer app. Or if you haven't they request your name and number for their logs.
Would definitely return here.
