For some reason they can't seem to get orders right. there is always at least one item wrong or missing and there's been a couple times when I got someone else's order. And what ever the random item that they put in my order is it literally was a tortilla with a tiny bit of cheese and barely and beef at one end Definitely never getting food from this location again

I tried three times to order through the app here yesterday, even restarting my phone and starting the order all over again. I couldn't get it to work any of those times. Then, instead of wanting to wait through the heck of a long drive thru line, I tried to go inside. It was only 6pm, and they had their doors completely locked, right in the middle of dinner! There was even a lady who tried to walk inside after I got back to my car. She couldn't get inside either. I just drove away at that point. I love Taco Bell, but the lack of service and welcoming guests inside is a huge reason why I don't order it often at all anymore. And to make it worse, there wasn't a sign saying the inside was closed either. It's like they just didn't want to deal with cleaning the lobby or something. I didn't appreciate this at all.

Would be nice if people in the lobby got food as fast as the drive through. Saw several cars that showed up after me get they're food. 25 minutes and no food. Drive through is obviously more important than inside customers.

Ordered as normal in the drive thru I come here about once a week the lady taking our order was ever rude, then as we got our food she handed us the bag and I knew by the size of the bag I was missing some items which no problem people make mistake so I drive around go inside ask for the rest of the items I order. I get the other item I order and it was mad horribly with barly any toppings. Then I get home to eat one of my chick tacos and it looked horrible as you can see above. A rip the chick open to see if it was any good and it was all brown inside all dried out who knows how long this was siting before it was cooked absolutely unacceptable this will surly give someone food poisoning.

A lot of really harsh reviews here. They are incorrect. I go here a lot, usually late after work or the gym. Rarely/never have I received a wrong order or cold food. Staff is perfectly reasonable to interact with. Its taco bell, not Guy Savoy for god sake. I swear New Yorkers/Californians just want to ruin everywhere they touch.

They literally didn’t get a single one of my items right. And I don’t mean they made it wrong. They put someone else’s food in my bag or did whatever with it and put food in the bag that I’m allergic too thank god i noticed. Apparently nothing but a bunch of dimwits at his location for real. I know it’s fast food but my god try a little harder.

We came here tonight to get food. We realized once we left that we were missing 3 items. Pulled back around in line and they proceeded to ask for our receipt. The young lady at the window came back and said they wanted to check our bag. They proceeded to take every item out of the bag to check it. The receipt and items in our bag matched up and she told her coworkers or managers(I surely hope not managers) that we were missing the items and to make them, they came over and we’re being combative and not treating her very nicely at all. We just asked for a refund for the Items we were missing instead of getting them remade, who would want to take more food from them after all that. Totally inappropriate. They need to be let go. The girl at the window looked super stressed and her coworkers behavior should not be tolerated what so ever.

I'm giving it 5 stars because, as far as Taco Bell food is concerned, it was perfect Taco Bell food. Expect a wait as they're extremely short staffed. Be polite and patient. You'll get your order, eventually.
