I have been here twice now and they are so slow. The 1st time they had just opened and it took me forever to get my sandwich. I was the only customer there. Today I went by at 1:30 in the afternoon. They had one person working. He would make 1 sandwich at a time and then check the customer out and then another sandwich and check the customer out. No sense of urgency. I literally saw customers walking out the door after 10 minutes because they hadn't moved in line. This place is terribly slow. I won't go back!

Have some compassion when you visit this location. The staff is overworked and often get overwhelmed. I have visited multiple times and seen 1-2 people here for a lunch or dinner rush. I promise you they are trying, but this is a constant problem.

Even if you want lunch, DONT COME TO THIS SUBWAY. They don’t clean their knives before cutting your sandwich. I watched the manager cut one and it fall apart but still wrap it up and give it to the customer. When they cut mine, they barely washed the knife. They’re endangering people and their health. They barely have fresh ingredients. I hope they get shut down. They don’t care if you could have a potential allergy. DONT COME HERE. I can taste the wash sanitizer too. I hope the manger Above the one that was there reads this. Thanks for your employees endangering lives

The single worst experience at a Subway, and possibly any restaurant, in my life. Completely mortifying. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. There were two people in front of me in line. The only worker in the restaurant was Ben. I watched as he finished the order in front of mine, dropping the young lady's sandwich on the table and spilling some of the contents. When he finally got to me it took him roughly 10 minutes to grab the bread and put meatballs on the sandwich. Every action was performed at such slow a pace one would wonder if it wasn't some kind of cruel joke. Literally 30 seconds to put one handful of olives on the sandwich. On top of this, the sandwich was such a mangled, soggy mess by the time he was finished that it was unrecognizable and almost inedible. He even stopped to text on his phone while ringing up my order. To top everything off, after finishing my order, he announced to the ten customers in line behind me that he was closing the store for a while and everyone needed to leave. The other customers were shocked and visibly upset, especially after waiting a good 20 minutes. Then I see the google reviews which speak about mice at this location among other things, and sadly, it is believable for an establishment of such unforgivable quality and lack of any professionalism. Save your money and go to another sandwich shop or make one at home.

Why does this place always have just one person working during peak hours? Waited ten minutes for the employee to make one sandwich. He had no since of urgency even though there were 6 people waiting. Then after I had been waiting a while, I watched him pick his teeth with his finger, wipe it on his pants then puts on his gloves. He didn't even wash his hands once the whole time I was there. After I witnessed that after waiting for 15 minutes I left and got Qdoba. When I walked back by the store he was still working on the same customer's single sandwich. Avoid this place.

why at 7pm are you out of ALL meats? I will never go back to this location due to the fact they start closing 2 hours before closing. bins missing and rude employees. if I owned this location id fire people who could care less about servicing customers. don't go here drive a few blocks to another location. you cant make money if you have nothing to sell.

The meatball sub came out soggy with very little meatballs. I got my self and my two daughters subs as well (one meatball and one bent), the bit was good the other was the same as mine and fell apart as she tried to eat it. The marinara sauce had a strange tast to it and the lady that served us couldn’t have been anymore unpleasant and unfriendly if she had tried... unfortunately this is the closest one to my house so I’m going to have to start going back to the one off of Wadsworth because at least they can assemble a sub with a smile and not substitute meat for sauce.

as far as subways go, i find this location nicer than average. store is clean, and staff is usually friendly and attentive. in my opinion, subway's recent price increase had made their subs a bit pricey. they have kept $6 options for selected subs, otherwise I'd probably take subway off my list.
