Best service we’ve received ever at an IHOP. Walked in here because my wife was craving pancakes, but boy was it busy. Not to worry, the staff took care of us right away. Sat is down apologize for our wait, and took care of us right away. You could have never guessed they were understaffed that day. They handled it like pros, very attentive, smiles, worked well together, and the food was great! Good job to everyone that day!!!

It used to be one of my favorite haunts. The service has really gone downhill. I don't recommend eating here. It took me an hour for the waitress to even ask me what I wanted to drink let alone take my order. She spilled water on me without even an apology. Then it took another hour upon placing my order

Overheard lots of chatter and discontent with the menu and service. Dont blame the 1 waitress and 1 cook trying to do the best they could to keep up with everything. Its obvious that the ownership does not care at all about this place getting ran into the ground. It was awful to see how many times the poor waitress had to apologize to customers for things that were out of her control. The food was good.

It's so sad. We used to love it here. Its truly fallen from grace. To begin, the outdoor landscape is dead grass and weeds. Then we waited too long to be acknowledged and seated. Then they sat us at a table with duct tape holding the booth seat together. If that is the attention they are giving the property, what else are they sliding on? Its 9a.m. Why does the coffee taste old? It's not busy. Why must we wait 25 minutes for food? Sigh. So sad!

An empty restaurant. The first time this has ever happened to me. The server was quick with the drink order and timely with our food order. Update review later. I have down graded this review and will not return. We waited too long to receive our meal, despite the restaurant gaining only two more tables of guests. Then we were missing part of the order. The meal itself was just OK. After 20 minutes of waiting on the check, we informed the waitress that dinner was on the house for the delay. She said it was OK since she didn't know how to process checks. This area has many other restaurants. Go elsewhere.

2nd time coming here in 3 days. Disappointing to say the least. The service has gone down hill & that includes the management. Either orders are rushed & missed or not put down correctly so we're charged more than what we had asked for. Management needs to step up & train the waitstaff better. They, in turn, need to have better customer service skills. Sad that the Village Inn across the street is closed otherwise I would have taken my business there. Will be driving out of my way to go anywhere else.

The wait, and checkout to pay was very unorganized and took an excessively long time. Once seated my wife had to go track down a waitress as we never had anyone stop by our table before then. Once we had a waitress, she was very good and attentive but mentioned that she was suppose to be working a different section. Food was good but all things considered I won't go back to that location anytime soon if ever.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My friend and I were waiting to order for an hour. Waitress never even stopped by once. We asked one of the waitresses if we could order and they said they’ve had a long day, so it may be awhile. They lied to us about how many waiters they had, which is unbelievable. I am never going to IHOP again! We asked to see the manager and they made us wait another five minutes, at that point we got up, and left. We told our parents and they are calling the store. Wish I could rate this a 0. If I were you I would never ever go here! It was our first time ALONE at a restaurant which we told them and they made us feel anxious and we don’t ever want to go alone to a restaurant AGAIN.
