I got to taste their chocolate at the Chocolate Festival in Denver. So good. They have some unique flavors that pair well together. I'll definitely try the store when in the area.

Initially was a great experience, great chocolate and we were super excited for the self-serve wine bar. However, the self-serve wine dispenser was malfunctioning and serving inconsistent pours the whole time we were there. You have 3 options, 1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz for each wine. Our first pour (4 oz) was equal to our second pour (2 oz), when we showed the worker she messed around with the dispenser for a while and changed out a bottle but then came out and told us that the first bottle we got had been “over pouring”, so our first pour was more like 5 or 6 oz I guess…? the worst part, however, was when I went back for my third pour and selected 2 oz (which I had gotten for my second pour so you would think I had an idea of the amount that should come out) and it only dispensed a TINY amount into my glass (I estimate that it was about an ounce or even less, definitely less than a typical shot which is 1.5 oz.) There were even ladies at a table nearby that commented & said “oh that’s definitely not 2 oz”. The light had come on to show the bottle needed to be changed, so I told the worker and she came to change the bottle. I then showed her the tiny amount in my bottle and said “this is what came out, it was supposed to be 2 ounces” expecting her to fill it until it reached 2 oz. She glanced at my glass and said “yeah watch I’ll pour 2 ounces from the machine and that’s what will come out” and showed me it spurting out a tiny amount into her cup. AGAIN this machine had already been malfunctioning and she was aware of this, so obviously the machine wasn’t doing accurate pours. I had also JUST gotten a 2 oz glass about 10 minutes prior. She eventually poured an additional “2 ounces” into my glass (so should have equaled 4 oz right?) which ended up being the amount in the picture attached. In this situation the amount coming from the machine was clearly wrong and the worker (possibly owner?) refused to acknowledge this. Anyone who has had wine before would have been able to tell that the tiny amount it poured was nowhere near 2 ounces. This was also not a cheap experience! If you come here, maybe bring your own way to measure the wine that comes out of the dispenser because if the wrong amount comes out, you definitely won’t get your moneys worth. 🙃 Overall very disappointing!

Not at all what I expected in terms of the quality of chocolate.
I purchased a box of your chocolates last Sunday expecting outstanding quality. I do have high standards and have tasted excellent chocolate.
I was honestly disappointed.
I'm sorry but that is my honest opinion.
My hope was that I had found a source of truly excellent chocolate. That was not the case. Flavor, overall taste, and texture were disappointing.

The Chocolate Therapist is a local business. That’s already a selling point. On top of all that, the shop sells gluten-free free and soy-free, delicious chocolate, using only natural ingredients. The shop is well-organized and has plenty to offer. They make their chocolate in-house. And service is friendly. I recommend The Chocolate Therapist.

We did a chocolate and wine pairing class an Julie was awesome. Each piece of chocolate was a delicious experience and her knowledge was great and fun to learn. I will return often for my chocolate therapy.

Little, chili chocolates were really good, filled chocolate was meh.
Thanks for reply, I wasn't looking for or expecting super sweet sugary etc.... maybe 'filled' wasnt the correct adjective... sometimes people just don't love something, I wasn't a big fan of the keylime, I love keylime, lime, chocolate, etc. I didn't love it or it's texture. Other things were very good though

My fiancé and I came here from Colorado Springs based on a friends recommendation, and it did not disappoint! Everything is reasonably priced, the options are astounding, and the customer service is on point. The hot chocolate with espresso can be milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or spice based, and the chocolates themselves are so unique. We were fortunate enough to get a couple of samples and fell in love with the 'Peanut Butter' and 'Earl Grey' chocolates. Seriously though - the only downside is you may fall in love with these chocolates and eat too many. Highly recommend.

Great little shop! Found it 10 years ago. Glad to see it made it through covid 2020. Super great staff and wonderful chocolate. I'm definitely going back; at least once a quarter. Have to pace myself🤣
