Panera bread is becoming my new favorite place to go. It's quiet, great food (that new goddess sandwich is unbelievably good). Food is fresh, nice atmosphere, eco-friendly. I love their soups and combos. If you have their app, you can find duet meals/combos for a special discounted price. Why I didn't give five stars, didn't have all soups in stock and couldn't substitute a different soup in for the one that was out of stock on the combo deals. If you get duet combo deals, check your receipt to make sure they charge the right discounted price. But I will definitely go back.

Like all Panera bread locations I like this location as well. I clearly remember I had to do some work so I sat there for about an hour and a half in the evening.

Manager is amazing. Uber eats got my order wrong and the manager accommodated me and fixed it for me.

I got a free cookie coupon. They only had a certain type of cookies for the coupon. The cookie was average and the tables were a little dirty.

I really enjoy their creamy tomato soup, and I find even the cup size to be sufficient but I usually can't resist and get the bowl-sized one (without croutons)!
(To make the soup even healthier, I usually add some of my own tomatoes in their natural juices! (Photo below))
The slight creaminess of the soup is balanced out nicely by the tomatoes' natural acidity.
If you want to go the healthier route, or are on low-carb or keto, for the side, you can opt for an apple as opposed to the bread.
I enjoy the vibe here. The crew seem nice.

I was absolutely pleased with the experience I had at this Panera. I have been to several Panera and I usually I feel very rushed. This was not the case this time. I needed a nice size order for a meeting I had the next morning. The staff was very friendly and patient with me while ordering. When I came in the next morning to pick up my order everything was packaged very nicely and ready on time. The pastries were fresh and tasty. I have found the Panera I will continue to order from moving forward. Great job Panera Little Neck location.

Panera Bread in Little Neck is a healthier fast food option. It's located in the Little Neck Shopping Plaza which has ample parking. They are usually busy so it's good to order via the app if you know what you want. My favorites are the turkey avocado BLT and the vegetable soup. The chicken soups are good as well, coffee is just average.

I had ½ of a Mediterranean sandwich -- a "vegetarian option." It had plenty of lettuce, tomato, a little pinch of mild onions, a good dose of hummus, on some thick-cut bread with an orange hue. I appreciate that all the insides were well placed and contained between the two slices of bread, so the sandwich was easy to handle even if it was on the thick side. All the ingredients were fresh, fresh, fresh. I should add: no funny chemical flavors like Subway. It was really good. Plus, the cheese-and-broccoli soup was more like broccoli in a bowl of melted cheese, and that's nothing to complain about, the cheese and the broccoli were both good.
I had a mixture of Dark Roast and Decaf coffee, which could have been a little stronger. My companion had all dark-roast, and he found it weak. He also had some Mac-&-cheese, which he said needed salt and pepper.
Saturday at 4 PM, the dining room was clean, mostly empty, and the seating was comfortable. Everyone gets a vibrator that goes off when your food is delivered to the pickup counter.

Update 11/11/2022
They boarded up the front and reopened the Panera. They are once again operational. See updated photos. Still have coffee pickup but no Tea options in front.

This Panera location is now closed due to a car driving through the storefront. Hope no one got seriously injured. Hope they rebuilt soon and better since most of the staff was pretty friendly.
