Pizza Hut

Went here for lunch with a friend. We were both on our lunch breaks and only had limited time. We got the buffet. When we went up there were only three pizza's and you could tell they were the ones no one wanted. They were also out of bread sticks. In the 30 minutes we were there they only got two pizzas out and no bread sticks for about 25 people in the building. Talk about a disappointment.

For a two topping pizza there was like nothing on it. Should have taken a picture of the whole thing and returned but I didn't even want to be bothered. Everyone just took a slice and dealt with it. Wasn't even worth the $7.99 carryout special (plus $1 for original crust). Might aswell been a cheese pizza that had a half a slice of bacon accidentally fall on it and they put it through smh. Either way not going to order here again. P.s. if anybody there is reading this pay attention to your drive through, especially if you have a pizza waiting. Shouldn't have to wait 5 min AT THE WINDOW waving someone down before you notice me.

Went to pick up an order on a very slow Tuesday night. There were no other customers in the building. I ordered my food online before going to pick up (wait should have been 10-20 min). I arrived 30 minutes later and my food was not ready. The kids working were in the back throwing boxes around at each other and blasting Disney music. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter, someone finally came up to take my card and said she would be back to see when my order would be ready. Waited another 5-10 minutes before she came back and said "oh I'm sorry, I thought someone came back out to give you your food"....Finally get home to enjoy my food, which was great until I opened my breadsticks and there was no sauce. I have never had to specify for a cup of sauce with them before. This was my first experience and last at this location.

I am very disappointed in our experience last night. We decided last minute we were going to order so we decided it walk in and order. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes while an employee completely ignored us. He even at one point walked right past us. Didn't even acknowledge we were there. We only saw 2 employees in the store. Finally my husband asked him if we could order and his reply was "oh i thought someone else helped you" he knew they didn't because he was at rhe front of the store the entire time. We ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlice knots. He told us it would be 12 minutes, turned into 25-30 minutes. I'm not sure if its because of the overcooked pizza we received or because he thought someone had helped us already. When we got home our cheese pizza was burnt and the stuffed crust pepperoni was hard like it was next day pizza. The garlic knots were cold and didnt have much cheese. I dont think ive ever had such a disappointing experience in my life.

Please do not look at these review like I did and think this Pizza Hut can't be that bad. YES it is! We arrived at 11:30 am for the lunch buffet and there was two slices of cheese pizza left. They had one waiter and one waitress and a "cook" for the entire restaurant. We ordered drinks not once but twice. We had to order my daughters personal pan pizza (book-it) twice as well and it came out 45 minutes later. At one point there was a line out the door and the majority of the time there was no pizza on the buffet. My wife actually just ate my daughters pizza crusts for lunch. We will NEVER be coming back to this Pizza Hut again.

I like the place but 4 stars is what I feel. I had to lay my baby in the men's bathroom floor to change her diapers. I wish they had a diaper changer table and a bigger bathroom. But the food is awesome and there is one guy there who is very educated and nice and he wins people sympathy. I don't know his name but he should be a Manager instead of a worker. He wears glasses and always smiles.
