I will never go back here. We walked in and they had 5 tables dirty plates cups everything every where. They had hair in my side of fries. My sister and I ordered the big steak omelette and they were made completely wrong. Our pancakes were very flat and doughy. Everybody in my party had to wait almost 30 mins for a refill on drinks. My brother waited just as long for jalapeños. The waiter caught an attitude when we brought mistakes to his attention then tried to apologize when it came time to pay. On top of me having food poisoning the very next morning.

Not a good experience here for me at all. First off since I was dining in just around 10am, I waited 2b seated. There were no other patrons in line and plenty of seating. Yet, after being seen waiting, I was left standing waiting 2b seated for more time than necessary IMO. At one point, one waitress did acknowledge my presence, only to say, someone would be right with me, which turnt out 2b more wait time b4 finally being seated. On observation, there were only 9 tables with customers, including the table where I was seated. All customers were with service except one besides myself. So, the being seated delay confused me. At any rate, I knew my order and immediately rendered it: coffee, blue pancakes nd hashbrowns. I have been dining at IHOP's thru out the metro-ATL area over the last 8mos and as much as I had better expectations for this particular location, I was left disappointed. I almost went thru my entire archive of photos b4 my coffee was brought over. And to my major disappointment, the coffee was brought in a take out plastic cup, not a traditional coffee pot. I had to poise myself formidably after asking about receiving a pot of coffee and the waitress said, they "were low" on pots since none of the now occupied 7 tables had any coffee pots. When I dine out, I don't expect or want take out mateials to accompany my meal! As it turns out when my food arrives, the utensils are plastic, the hashbrowns are almost cold and there were no condiments brought at first, so when asked, I requested pepper but I wind up eating all the hashbrowns b4 it was brought over to avoid it from freezing! The [4] full stack pancakes were fine besides being served on a freekin saucer plate and there was no choice of syrup offer or "seemingly" available since I was only served a bottle of old fashioned!!! And the syrup left the bottle like running faucet water. Lesson learned, stay far away from this location unless I get the urge for some eM effing bull sheesh.

Food order wasn’t ready despite ordering online for curbside pickup…I gave up on curbside in roughly 2 minutes and went inside to no one up front. The manager was quite helpful but the front staff at least was down right lazy if not entirely inept and seemed annoyed at even being there. Eggs were fried hard even though I ordered over easy hard. I heard them yelling at the manager about not knowing how to do it. Sigh. Not good here; hopefully corporate will step in. I saw families walking out.

This occurred 4 years ago: I placed an order Friday/Saturday for 12 individual orders for pick up between hours of 8-8:30am Monday. First the order wasn’t ready until 9 and I had to ask for utensils, syrup etc. The attitudes was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately not all the the staff was unpleasant, but I won’t forget how I was made to feel. This location I suggest needs the younger staff to be retrained to understand customers needs and basic customer service... Poor

Ordered online for pickup this morning and had the worst experience. When I arrived to pick up my order and parked in the pickup space as instructed, I called to let someone know I had arrived. The phone just rang continuously and then suddenly hung up (4 attempts)! After waiting a few minutes in my car, I went inside to attempt to pick up my order and was not greeted by anyone, though several employees walked passed me as they saw me waiting at the counter for assistance. Granted it is Father's Day and there is a good crowd waiting to be served. But you would think when everyone has been seated, someone would at least ask "Can I help you?" instead of just walking by you. i walked out and went back to my car, and noticed one of the employees who kept on walking past me saw me and my sister sitting in the car (in the pickup space) and still never asked if we needed assistance. However, it was entertaining to watch her and another fellow employee arguing over who stole whose table. I guess as long as you are dining in and can leave tips you matter. If you are picking up an order, you don't matter as much as you won't leave a tip???? Hmmmmm...maybe that's it! I know that I will not be coming to this location anymore!!!

TERRIBLE.....I hardly ever give one star, I understand the service business. However, this is truly a One Star Score. Upon my entry, there was no one there to greet me. I stood there for 18 minutes before anyone even spoke to me (I really should have left, but i was hungry and on a time crunch). The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Floors, Tables, Walls. Attention to details is highly recommended. Who is in charge? One waitress working during lunch hour, clearly over worked, frustration and overwhelmed. Although she did have a positive attitude, the time waiting upon entry, with the time it took to have the waitress come to my table to take my order and the time it took to get my food - combined was over 47 minutes. Ridiculous! I visited three restaurants while in the Lithonia area this week and noticed the same issue at all three places....ONE WAITRESS working during a peak time. Where are all the people who NEED to work? Clearly Management needs to get get their priorities in order ....or get out and let someone else do it!
