Panera Bread

This has nothing to do with staff. This was my first time coming here and it left me feeling like...."Why do they even exist?" Small portions. Over priced. Bread not even wrapped or covered. Thrown in with chips that probably were handled with bare hands. Half sandwiches look like quarters. Whole sandwiches look like halves. Just go to Publix or Kroger and make your own sandwich. Probably will taste better also.

You have to do better as a community when it comes to serving everyone within. Because when you do not do things accordingly and other zip codes it seems that the community service is down great. No one should be throwing utensils on the counter and touching airpods and cell phones while they're prepping customers food. All areas of condiments in any types should be wiped down correctly so that customers should not have to disturb the quality of what's happening in the back of the room. Also employees should handle the catering of customers and service efficiently.

Yo! 10/10 best customer service I’ve received at a Panera! I am from out of town and stoped to grab a late lunch. Long story short ordered the wrong salad and asked if there was any way I could get the right salad! They gave me the correct salad for free no questions asked(even though it was 100% my fault not theirs)! Made my day!

I ordered an Asian Salad today and waited nearly 20 minutes before inquiring at the counter about the Salad. I wasn't too upset with the wait because I wasn't in a rush, but then I finally got the Salad and half the ingredients were missing. No empathy or apology from the manager. He just said okay and issued a refund before throwing the Salad away without offering to remake or any form of solution. I was livid because I was extremely hungry and wasted 30 minutes of my time. Especially being that there aren't very many healthy options in the area. The staff was nice, but that was poor customer service from a manager.
