Ruby Tuesday

The food was great, the prices were reasonable if not cheaper than some other sit down places, and we were able to get a table for a decent group without much issue. The only negative I could say was there was a staff member we spoke with that didn't seem to have much of a clue what was going on when asked where our group was sitting and came off as kind of rude. I got the impression she was new but I still was taken aback by her customer service skills or lack there of. Our main waitress was fantastic but stated she wasn't going to be working there much longer which is a shame because she was great. I believe she was pregnant which justifies her departure. Aside from the experience with the newer employee it was great and I would definitely enjoy visiting again.

The food quality is not consistent, nor is the service. Meat is usually overcooked. Occasionally we have great servers, but usually the service is very slow. In addition, we've experienced issues several times with food, and have had poor response from servers/managers correcting the issue. On a positive note, the salad bar is usually excellent.
