I recently visited Subway and I was blown away by the excellent customer service from Govind. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. He was patient and even offered some helpful suggestions on what to order. I opted for a footlong and it hit my expectation. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service at this Subway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal."

Place often overlooked in market street Lichfield. But it's clean well run, the sandwich are as good as what you order.

Of course, most if not all the subways are kind of the same. I received a warm welcoming from the staff behind the counter at this store. They were very friendly. overall, it's one of the best subways I've been too. The store was also clean. 5/5 stars.

Walked in 5 minutes before closing time. Asked if we could still order. Met with friendly staff that were only to happy to help and make our food. Made to feel welcome and that it was their pleasure to help us. Thank you for the great experience. Really will go back because of the customer service.

Ate here as a Food and Drink Festival was taking place. A Very warm welcome as we approached the counter. I chose the Herb and Cheese 6 inch roll, with Chicken Tikka, with Cheese, lettuce, red onion, topped with Sweet Onion Relish. Very Tasty indeed.
