Horrible ! I got the all American club salad. And the steak and cheese melt . The club salad had only spinach leaf and onion in it ! And the steak and cheese melt. Was cold . And only had STEAK no cheese . Then I called the store and someone picked up the phone then immediately hung it up. Bad service. Waste of money. Horrible customer service. ** This was a delivery order . If I would of seen it in person in store I would of had them correct it . ** I had to cholse delivery, due to surgery and I can't drive at the moment .

I ordered a soup, no spoon given out, when I ask for one, they send me to to 3 peppers next doors to ask for one, when I really wanted to have my soup at their location. $18.10 I pay for it not counting the tips, to end up eating in another place. Who ever is thinking having their hot soup 🍲 be ready to have it cold.

The only reason im putting 5 stars is because i went in today, right after a long shift. And David instantly stopped what he was doing and asked me how he could help me today. and i come here pretty regularly, normally it takes them about 20 minutes to stop texting or talking with eachother to help! David proceeded to make my meatball sub, and unlike the other people that work here, he put an adequate amount of meatballs on this footlong. Not like normal where they put 3 1/2 on it and so much sauce it gets everywhere. He was so kind and actually made my food right. Thank you david :) .
