Mcdonald's

2 years ago I posted a negative review of this location. I've since been back a few times and the cumulative experience has drastically improved. I won't say it's my favorite MCDs, but the staff are efficient most days and amenable almost always. I don't really expect mush from this institution, but it's nice to see the improvements. Therefore, I'm improving my initial 1 star to 4 stars. As for the food: it's MCDs. If you don't know what this is by now, there's nothing that I can say to fix that. Old review: I normally don't post negative reviews, but given the experience I recently had at this MCDs, I felt it quite necessary. There was a 5 minute lull in the drive thru that likely was due to technology issues. This isn't why I'm posting such a low review. It's the fact that the employee at the window was cursing and saying the "f" word when we pulled up to get our food. I don't personally mind the expletive, but I've been in customer service for over 7 years, and if I heard one of my team members cursing in front of a customer, I don't care about the reason, that's completely unacceptable. I'd be hard pressed not to fire the person on the spot. As such, this experience was completely unacceptable as well and I won't be going to this MCDs again. Also, they forgot half our order, and when we notified the employee about it (yes, the one that cursed), they acted as if we were an inconvenience. Unacceptable. Just unacceptable.

I've never seen in my entire life, such polite Mc Donalds attendants. (many are polite, but not like this store). I am completely satisfied with the sandwich I bought (steak, egg and cheese bagel), super juicy and perfect, I am even more satisfied with the excellent service from ALL the staff on Sunday morning.
