Busy store as in the middle of an industrial estate. Staff were polite although service was slow. Food is never brilliant but serves a purpose.

Food was fresh, service was quick, best part there was no lines, probably because of the shady looking location.

Visited a number of times, handy location seconds off the outer ring road and M621. We parked in the provided car park, so no problem with fines other people have mentioned. Served really quickly, by friendly staff. Always well stocked with all usual Greggs food options. I usually call in on my way to Elland Road, but not at regular meal times, so I have never seen it overly busy. This said, there is always someone else in and I can see why it is so popular.

We all know what to expect. Greg's, cheap breakfast and a coffee is unmatched anywhere.
This place is down the road from my office, staff are always nice and goods always good.

Greggs is greggs, food is pretty much the same in all. Reason for 4 stars is that while I was in the shop one if the staff tilted the glass in front of the cakes and sprayed cleaner onto it, not removing any if the cakes. Bad practice really. Management's fault for improper training and monitoring.
