The staff here are truly lovely and attentive. Unfortunately, there was trouble with an individual coming in and causing a disturbance however this was handled well. The staff were unbelievably kind and made gorgeous drinks. Really wonderful people and a great place to come and work with friends :)

Stopped for a coffee with my husband yesterday after a show at the city varieties and just wanted to say what a thoroughly lovely fella the manager David is. It was quite quiet while we were there so we ended up having a great chinwag with him. He's a credit to Caffè Nero! (The manchester tash man and his wife😉😂👨🏻) xx

Louisan was so, so lovely. She made a lovely caramel latte, gave me a cafe Nero points card and just had a positive, friendly energy about her :) made my experience really nice and it was refreshing to see!

All of the staff here are super lovely, my gift card wouldn't scan and the lady let me have the drink for free which made my day. The staff are super attentive and can't do enough for you, really cute atmosphere I often sit in here and do work.
The only thing I would say is that the toilets are often unclean, but to be expected as they are public toilets.

Popped in for a Coffee Meeting and although it's quite a small facility it's very cosy and the Coffee was well done.
Bonus mention is that there are power sockets for your devices by several of the seats.

Good location, amazing coffee as usual. Their foods and desserts are pretty decent. They will also have some new foods, for example around xman they will have "festival feasts". Recently they have a collaboration with "This is" and their vegan foods are quite good. Fab staff and easy access. They have three levels in this cafe and each level has different view. At the first level there are small tables and you can look down and see the counter and the ground floor from the edge. At the second floor it is very spacious and there is a big window so you can see outside and the street. It is a fantastic place to rest or hang out with friends.

Had a lovely experience as it was clean, with lovely staff and fast service. I ordered it to take away. The only problem was they spoilt my hot chocolate, which tasted of coffee. I would suggest checking your food and drink is ok before leaving the store.

This is my favourite Cafe Nero shop. It has 2 floors, and the second one is the one I would go to if there are available places next to the window. The staff is super warm and friendly. An other plus is that they serve pretty fast, so you don’t have to wait long time. I would rate this as excellent service.
