Great experience at Nando’s.The girl who took our order even said she would help us download the Nando’s app. While we ate our meal she was cooking on the grill and plating up food so we thought she wouldn’t remember but as we finished our meal she appeared at our table and did it for us! We asked her name and it was Leeanne. She was so friendly professional and helpful.Great customer service!

We go to other Nandos in Leeds but on this occasion we went to Trinity one which I haven’t been to in a while. Matt and the staff were great and the food was served exactly as requested. Will definitely be back soon, thank you!

Best Nandos i have visited in a while staff were very attentive and always there to help, one of which was pregnant and just went out of her way to make it a lovely experience even though it was very busy and the food was cooked perfectly.
Would certainly recommend this Nandos in particular.

Nice setting for a casual date. With the bottomless drink option, you can refill yourself and drink as much as you like.
Staff are always friendly with greeting and exit.
They also play multiple genres of background music. Lighting is nice as well. Not too bright nor dim. Very clean.

Service was very quick, staff were efficient and friendly.
I tried the new desert; which was a warm chocolate pudding with a gooy middle,served with vanilla ice cream and a orange sauce that has a 'flicker' of chilli in it...... it was sooo good!!!!! Unusual combination but worked fantastically well!

Very good service, we were welcomed by a lovely man who was very professional and helpful. We used the QR code to order our food, it all went smoothly. We got our food not too long later it was great. I had ordered the fill up soft drink and there ice machine wasn’t working other than that all was very nice good prices nice people good food
