Subway

I'm giving a single star because of the manager on duty. The young man that was working the counter was nice and doing the best he could. I spent over a half hour waiting to be served. Two customers ahead of me ordered 7 sandwiches. He told the guy that he had 7 sandwiches. The guy call for the manager to help him and she ignored him. The next customer had 2 sandwiches. I got to my order. I needed a gift card. The guy needed help ringing it up and that's when she finally came out. In the meantime 3 more customers arrived. When she was asked why she wasn't helping she gave alot of excuses. She should've helped her employee. Her paperwork could've waited. Customers Come First.

This location had dead flies in their food and does not even seem to care. All they will do to "make it right" if give you more food...which had flies so why would anyone want that...manager refused to give a refund, give me her regional managers number,, or even the my number to her manager. When I asked she just hung up on me.

Horrible service. I was served by a Roxanne, who obviously didn't want to serve me. She took her time and was noticeably uninthused to serve me to make a less than mediocre sandwiche for me as she coughed everywhere possible while making my sandwiche and ensuring that I knew that she was less than pleased to make it. Of the subways in town this was my least favorite visit and I'll likely never be back. I'd recommend picking another sandwiche chain than to be forced with dealing with this unprofessionalism.

Today is Sunday March 21 and there is a lady that works there that had a super bad attitude my wife is pregnant and when she got there and tried to order, the lady with the gray red and brown hair started throwing stuff across the room..... my boo still decided to let her make the order and as she was making she had an attitude the whole time when my boo asked for some cookies the lady then had grabbed them threw them in a cookie bag and Crumbled them up and threw them in the bag very rudely and after all that still messed up the order. Everybody had bad day but you don’t bring them to your work area and you definitely don’t take them out on Customers! If I was the manager she would have been fired not because of who she did it to but because the lack for unprofessional shows and definitely couldn’t have been her first time smh
