Sometimes the orders have been under the heat lamp a long time. The chicken is hard and dried out. Also many employees need to trained how to season poultry and correctly clean them. This problem existed at the old location on Lee Blvd. We need another franchise. Lawton is top large to have 1 KFC

Love the updated portions n choices for the family fill up buckets. My ohana (family) are now renewing our business relationship with KFC. We definitely will be ordering from them more frequently now!

Thought I'd give these guys another go seeing that they are now partnered with DoorDash. Went to order food and they are showing as "CLOSED." It's 5 pm on a Saturday and they usually stop serving around 10 pm or so. How can they be "closed." If you choose next and look closer you cannot order for they are 'Too Busy". Well that's it with me, gonna hit up some Popeye's. Wish I could mark it down lower than a star. Just one let down after another.
