Dunkin'

The 1st thing I noticed about this place when I pulled it was how clean the parking lot was. For a busy part of the city it was remarkable just how clean the outside of the facility was. When I walked inside I remarked to the clerk at the counter and complimented them on just how clean they were able to keep the outside parking area. There was no trash. I was impressed. Very pleasing. I figure if they care that much about their outside appearance that they must care about what they do on the inside as well. I placed my order and it was promptly made exactly the way I asked and I was very pleased with the coffee that I was served and the overall quality of the service I received. I gave this place 5 stars even though I had never been here before I was impressed right from the moment I pulled into the parking area right until the final sip of my large Dunkin Donuts dark roast iced coffee. Highly recommend this particular location to any DD regular or to anyone considering giving DD a try. Go here TODAY and SMILE!!!

I’m not one to leave a review for a Dunkin’ but this was perfect! And not just the way the ladies prepared our coffees but they made my wrap perfect. I know, it’s a wake up wrap but usually half the cheese is off the wrap and they half fold it, not this time, I was really that taken back to receive a perfect wake up wrap. The ladies were so friendly giving the fact it’s so early. There was only one person in front, but the service was excellent. These young ladies actually enjoy themselves while there it was nice to see that early on a Friday morning.

The drive through is outdated and you order at the window which makes for long waits. The morning assistant manager Zuly is rude and I have witnessed how unprofessional she handles complaints from patrons. People order specifics and she gives you what she wants and if you request the item to be fixed she will have an attitude and slam equipment around to show displeasure. I think that the establishment needs to retrai some of the personnel and do something about the drive through. It's too slow.

This location should be closed. Super slow. She did not understand what I was saying at the drive thru and I was speaking to her in Spanish. I asked for a hot white mocha chocolate and showed her the picture on the app because she looked confused, she gave me a normal hot chocolate. I said thats not what I asked for and showed her the picture again and she said “oh we dont have that here!” And I asked “why?” So she asked someone else and the person told her its just chocolate with white mocha and whipped cream. So she goes on saying, thats what I gave you, I just didnt put the whip cream. Then stays looking at and asks “do you still want it?” And I responded, “I want what I asked for.” She redid my order and it was still wrong. I just left.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Finally backed up and left and went to a different location. Service at this location is so slow and horrible. This drive thru should only be for quick orders like coffee and donuts. Not for the full menu, only because it does not have a speaker to order ahead like other locations. Depending on who's on some are polite and are quick. While others rather chat about how their date went and who they slept with the night before rather than wait on the customers.

Every order was wrong if I could give it zero stars I would. This place was terrible the lady making the sandwiches had a terrible attitude and the lady at the register was not any better. My friend with special needs kindly tried to ask a lady at the register for her number and he was harshly rejected along with more attitude from her. I will never come here again I hope nobody else has to go through this.
