Mcdonald's

Usually a good stop, this time (the manager) threw my food at me!! Because I waited 10 minutes for a pick up order (mcdouble & fries) then it disappeared from my app. So I politely called to check if they got my order I explained what happened and just didn't want to be forgotten. A girl said her manager was bringing it out, and they only had 3 people working. He brought it out 20 minutes later, threw it at me. I threw it on the ground and said WTH! He yelled at me saying I called the store! 🤣 This store NEEDS employees to show up to get a better rating....

This restaurant is very unprofessional. To wait in the drive thru for 45 Mins last night is appalling none the less but this white lady in a dark red uniform had the time to yell at people in the parking lot! I felt so bad for that person too. Everyone is just trying to get there food and go. Knowing how long we waited she had no business leaving her post until she handled her customers at the drive thru. I will never eat or order from here again. They obviously care more about treating the patrons like trash more than helping there appalling drive thru. I couldn't even leave because they wrap the line 2x but sadly she couldn't address that hazard.

Employees are too busy screwing off to take your order, confirm it with accuracy and to give you the correct order after you've already corrected them twice. I've got pretty low standards for McDonald's as it is but dang, must really be hurting for employees if they continue to employ these incompetent "workers". At least when they were paid minimum wage they had a reason to slack off or to not be as motivated.
