Mcdonald's

I have come to this restaurant location many times due to it just being the closest one and I have never left happy. They always mess up my food in one way or another. Either making sandwiches wrong, handing me the wrong order or just being plain rude. I went this evening to get some fried because I had been craving them all day long. I asked for no salt fries due to health issues. When I pulled up to the window to receive my food they tried to hand me the incorrect drink in which I told them it wasn’t mine. I asked for them to make sure I had no salt fries as I had asked for. I was then pulled forward to wait for the fries. Which is no big deal. You normally have to make them fresh in order for them to not have salt. What was a big deal was when I walked into the building to ask about my food and I was treated like I was just annoying the cashier. When she eventually went back to ask about my food another worker came up and showed me the receipt to confirm it was mine. I confirmed and waited for my food. I was given my meal and then I went home. I live less than 10 minutes from this location. When I got home my fries were absolutely disgusting. They are old. They may have been hot but they are disgusting. These fries have obviously been sitting for a long time. Not to mention when I pulled into the drive thru I was the only customer at the time. There is absolutely no reason my food and the employees should’ve been awful.

This is the McDonald's where I feel the most at ease, albeit I'm not sure why. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful. They aren't perfect, but every time I've had an issue, which is usually from my daughter who orders everything special, they've always remedied it fast and without a bad attitude, which I haven't had at the other McDonald's in town.

I went to have lunch in the dining area and immediately left because there was a gentleman talking so disruptively I lost my appetite. This is my third trip to this location and every single time I've stopped by this guy has been loitering there. This needs to be addressed because you're going to lose business because of him. Like my business..... Never stopping here again

You cannot use the McDonald's app inside this store. There's no service inside the building for my TMobile phone, which gets 5 bars all throughout town. I have asked for management on three (3) separate visits to alert them of this seemingly large issue as corporate wants you to engage with the reawrds program as it will hopefully bring you back. It's simply a mega inconvenience to have to go back outside to refresh the app to view the deals or retrieve your code. You get in others way while doing so and lose your spot in line. I drove myself there, I'm not looking at the app on my drive there. McDonald's is never THE destination but when you end up there you expect to be able to use the rewards system without issue. The issue here lies within this location specifically. With the amount of times I've notified them I would assume that others have as well. My notices/suggestions were delivered in person over the span of a month and a half. Never was it fixed. I truly don't think the owner of this location wants you to use the rewards system.

They ALWAYS forget something in my meal, so I pay for something and EVERYTIME I don’t get it and when I ask for a refund they use the excuse or “our headsets aren’t working right” then give me what I ordered, when I worked there before I know for a fact there headsets work just fine. Do NOT order here this is the 12th time (I’ve been counting) that they have done this, If your looking for a full meal then look elsewhere

Worst mcdonald's iv been to in years week after week of incompetence. The latest order was the one that broke the camels back. I did a mobile order, and they gave me three items none over them correct. The meals I received were all under the value of my order. They refused to do anything about it. Terrible service constantly don't go here!!!
