I entered the store tonight and was greeted by a friendly employee named Douglas! Douglas is an excellent customer service representative for the restaurant! He told me the sweet tea was being made fresh and my 3 piece tenders would be a 2 minute wait. It was well worth the wait for both! Keep up the good service Douglas!

my fries are awfully stale, they have to be atleast a week old. i sat at the window for atleast 20 minutes and they arent fresh. asked if they had the barbecue chicken sandwich (they do) and worker responded with “we don’t sell those” and when i told him, yes they do he had to go ask. my sodas a flat and the tenders are cold. 1/5 wont be eating here again.
look at the photo below, my dog wouldn’t even eat them.

The manager here is thee rudest person in fast food that I ever encountered! I have never been to a fast food restaurant that makes one of the longest cooking time items(apple pie) made to order. This man was not even apologetic about our experience. Because of how he responded to our inquiries about the made to order rule, neither I or my family will go there again!

Me and my husband were just up there and you messed up our order and you gave us old food which is unacceptable for the food industry b business and its not just a one time thing we will never be returning to the Hardee's in laurel Delaware.

Came in after breakfast but my grandson wanted breakfast, and the cashier was nice about it he went and made him a breakfast sandwich. I thought that was so nice of him. Didn't get his name but I thanked him and so did my did my grandson.

The wait time at this location is way too long every time I've come here the wait is over 20 minutes and that's if I'm the in line if there is anyone else there the wait can be even longer. The customer service sucks plus the orders are almost always wrong
