Dunkin'

Easily worst coffee place I’ve ever been. If you like all a roulette version of coffee with a high price tag, go for it. The guy argued with me when I asked what was in a drink because I have allergies. He either didn’t understand or didn’t care that I could be harmed by the drink. Not my first bad experience here either. Surprised it has such a high rating of 3.8 for the type of service I’ve received. 5$ later and still no coffee.

Very very very poor service. Requested two separate drinks. One was mango pineapple and second was unsweetened ice tea. Employee had poor communication skills. He refused to admit he got order wrong. I never asked him to mix the drinks. He was super rude and arrogant. Returned order. I gave up explaining.

I really liked this Dunkin’ but lately it has been terrible. I I put my mobile orders in 20+ minutes in advance and then when I get to the store the orders are never ready and it makes me severely late for work. They literally start to prepare the drink when I’m in the store because I complain about it. Makes no sense.

I stop here every morning on my way into DC because they are convenient. Most of the older staff is friendly say good morning and it's a wonderful way to start your day. On the weekends they have a younger crew with horrible attitude. This is the reason for the two stars. Not to mention they always screw up my order. All I get is muti grain thin with butter and once in a while donuts. They put cream cheese instead of butter and when I order donuts they forget to give me. The attitude I got this morning for them forgetting my donuts was uncalled for.
