Subway

This place is an excellent lunch spot and me personally I am a big fan of the meatball sub it's actually the only sandwich I order I have tried 2 or 3 other subs but the meatball is my ultimate favorite usually I order the foot long meatball sub with pepperoni and provolone cheese I have it toasted then add some banana peppers for a little kick of heat, this is what I like so come to Subway and find what you like hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I do and then you can share your views with others enjoy and maybe I will see you there.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through the subway app for delivery. The app gave me an eta of 30 minutes; one hour later and still no food. The app does not have a way to cancel and says to call the store to do so, so I did. I could barely understand the person who answered the phone, but they said something about 4 other orders then hung up on me. When I tried to call back they refused to answer the phone. I start to head up there and magically the app says it's out for delivery. I waited a few minutes and once it said it was delivered called my roommate who said it was not there. I called him back when I got to the store and still nothing. I went in and there was two people working, the store was not busy,, and no manager present. They ignored us for a few minutes before acknowledging we were there. The lady claims it was a pick up order, showed her my app that clearly says delivery. She got on the phone with her manager after turning her back and saying something in Spanish to her other associate in a low voice. After talking to her manager she said "I can prep the food now" meaning she never made it to begin with, so of course no food was delivered. I didn't even want the food at that point, just my money back. They claimed they could do nothing until tomorrow when the manager was there. Never going to this location again. Will be disputing the charge with my bank
