Panera Bread

This is my favorite Panera. I used to come here for studying. Always Clean, with natural light and nice design and also a peaceful street view from my seat! The employees including all of the managers and cashiers are extremely kind and friendly, especially Marty and Victoria. They really care about the customer and the quality of services that they provide. Amidst Covid 19 pandemic they properly follow guidelines for the safety of customers. Highly recommended!

A good cup of hot coffee made fresh. Delicious smoothies, clean eating foods and a plethora of other delicious drinks served daily. Fantastic customer service and the clientele are really sweet too! Cleaning the cafe and bathrooms on a regular (even without out Covid19) is really beneficial. Yeah, Panera Bread does it well with integrity. Thank you Panera! Keep up the good work Panera! I'll be back!

I don't understand the set up. The first time, my meal was brought out to me. But this time? I had to go inside and get my own food? For curbside? Where's the missing link? Then rather than trying to correct the mistake, the blame was put on me for ordering at the wrong restaurant, which I didn't. I watched the employee🤫 delete my order and say it wasn't there🤔Then for the icing, my order was put together wrong and I had to get my own coffee. I don't get the appeal of this restaurant. Its just another Greenbelt Ross running like Nordstrom🙊🤷🏾‍♀️

Dining area was not clean I sat down for almost an hour nobody came to clean any tables . I asked an associate she said they didn't have anyone and a cashier would come do it. Unacceptable and unsanitary especially during covid times. It doesn't matter if they are short staffed, cleaning is important and would have taken 5 minutes. I am not sure if I feel comfortable dining in again.

I purchased 3 of the same sandwiches. I ate one while I was working at the table. I asked for extra sauce...there was no sauce/condements on my sandwich at all. There was one skinny onion a very small piece of white cheese. Very disappointing. This sandwich cost too much to be shortchanged in this manner. I purchased 2 more sandwiches to go home for my family. I should had checked them before I left. Again, no sauce at all, a few crumbles of chicken stuck to a link chuck of cheese. It was unappetizing. You couldn't even spread the meat out on the sandwiches because there wasn't enough. Two bites and the meat was gone...and then you had a big piece of dry bread left. Has Panera down graded that much? Terrible experience... This use to be my favorite sandwich and a nice exception to fast food. Not so much anymore.
