Smashburger

ACTUAL STAR RATING: 2.5 I think I finally understand the strategy of having a Smashburger at virtually every Caesar-owned (and other) hotels I go to. Even though the food is average at best, but generally subpar, many people order at this [and other] Smashburger stores out of sheer convenience. I guess if you're Smashburger selling high priced average to poor tasting food, it's a good marketing strategy. There's a constant turnover of customers in and out of the hotel. And because the stores are in-house and so much more convenient than getting in your car and driving to, let's say, In-N-Out Burger, they have a sizeable built-in clientele at times. I'm one of those built-in customers as well. I get sucked into the thought process of not wanting to get in the car, drive to a restaurant, get back into the car, drive back to the hotel, walk to the room, and finally get to eat what's now a cold meal. So I'm guilty of going to the in-house Smashburger and writing a negative review as I'm currently doing. But all is not lost. Since putting pen to paper (figuratively) is genuinely cathartic, just writing this helps me realize the added time taken to travel outside the hotel is worth it rather than pay double the price for a poor-tasting hamburger and fries. Well, they've found a clever way to raise the prices. They don't sell you a combo any more. Now you have to buy everything a la carte. Now a single burger costs the same as a combo use to cost you, add fries, and a drink, and you just dropped $20, to feed one person. The hamburger patties have gotten smaller as well.

Been coming here for years used to be a fun great place to be not anymore overpriced definitely not worth the price I would advise any and everyone to go someplace else And not only that the lines for eating in these places is absolutely ridiculous must have trouble getting employees cuz these old people running the places do not know what they're doing they're practically blind working on the computers and takes forever to Simply taken order I'm done with Harris
