I pass this location daily but never stopped until today... this location never seems too busy and today I found out why... the portion of ice cream I received on my cone was extremely small... it didn't even fill up the top of the cone (please see photo)... as I bit into the cone, it was very stale, and that may be because he used the cone that was on the display thing and not a fresh one out of the dispenser... after pushing my ice cream down into the cone, by my second bite of stale cake, I could not eat anymore of it and promptly asked for a refund... I went to Baskin Robbins because I did not want a soft serve cone, but ended up at DQ anyways... I should have gone to DQ in the first place...

Tried to get a shake here. Had to pull forward and wait then was brought a cup of mostly milk. Went in and asked for a refund. Didn’t get the full amount refunded due to cashier error. No one ever asked what the issue was or if it could be corrected. Franchise owner needs to be paying more so they can get staffed up, and provide new employees adequate training.

We were in the mood for ice cream, and ultimately, that was decent, so the visit was OK. The tables/seats that were the most isolated and would've been the best for social distancing were actually closed, so that the 3 open tables were right together. Weird. We were the only ones in the place, though, so it didn't matter. Just seemed an odd choice of tables. They can't give taste samples anymore, somehow because of Covid, but I got lucky, because the White Winter Chocolate was yummy, if not entirely frozen. Pralines and Cream remains delicious. My fiance wanted a banana split, but they didn't have bananas. The employee offered to make one without the banana. 🤷‍♀️ He passed and went with 2 scoops: once chocolate, one strawberry, and was happy with it.

First time there and I went through the drive thru the receipt has the cashier as Jonathan T. so I assume that's who it was. He was very polite from the time he asked me to look at the menu and he would be back to take my order. I hope all of the staff are as nice as he. I will definitely be back. Thanks

Ordered 2 brownie sundaes, husband had to pull forward and wait. Young man comes to the car with 1 and it doesn’t have a lid on it, no nuts 1 1/2 scoop of ice cream very little chocolate drizzle and no cherry! Wait it gets better.....NO BROWNIE!!! husband had to park and go in. Tried to call when we got home, voicemail box filled so couldn’t even leave a message. We will never spend our money at this location again. You shouldn’t either! Franchisee owner should be ashamed!!!

Lol who is managing this place? Ordered a chocolate milkshake and was given what looked like a cup of completely melted ice cream. It was basically warm chocolate milk. I showed the cashier who went to get Another cashier. The 2nd cashier actually huffed and puffed about it. Then he proceeded to argue with me about how the milkshake was supposed to look. I took the lid off and shook it a bit to show him how watery it was. Still insisted it was normal. Place is a joke.
