Nice people, clean but the food was tasteless. Maybe we came on an off day. I believe they were short staffed. We order the specials, came to the table lukewarm. The lasagna tasted like over cooked noodles and crushed tomatoes. The swedish meatballs, over cooked noodles and tasteless gravy. We had great service and the people were very kind and friendly. It was inexpensive but the food was poorly seasoned.

Staff was very friendly. My food was late and came separately from the rest of the tables food and the waitress forget my friends side completely until the end after we got the bill. I brought my 6 month old son and put him in a high chair to let him eat grits. The high chair was very unsafe and partially broken i took him out upon seeing this. A waitress (who was not ours) walked up to my son and started touching him and I told her to stop (it felt very awkward to me because we didn't know her). However, the food that did come out was delicious and made perfectly. The price wasn't bad at all. The tables and booth we sat in was clean.

This restaurant never has the air on. Its completely filthy- roaches everywhere and the entire restaurant is in disrepair and looks like its falling apart. The owner Jerry is to busy walking across the street to support his gambling habits than to actually take care of the business. I have no idea why health inspectors haven't fined and shut this business down.
