I've always loved Smoothie King, but have recently fallen in love with the keto champ berry smoothie! This location is always quick with your order and customer service is superb.

Smoothie King is not one of my go to places. But that is just my tastebuds. Had to get a Mango Smoothie for my mom. I got one as well. Did the drive thru - LONG LINE. I ordered and was pulled up to wait for my 2 mango smoothies. Not much space to move up to - so I am sitting there where they said to pull up to which leaves me blocking drive thru. Person behind me orders and gets order then starts to honk at me. No where to move or park finally within 5 min finally got my order then I was able to move. Felt bad for person behind me but not my fault. Smoothies were ok.

Honestly their customer service is horrible. The staff is always playing around and they don’t even pay attention to you. When you complain all the manager has to say is thank you. Makes smoothie king look bad. Just go to the other SK in town. They’re def not worth giving your business too. They don’t even care for it. They don’t pay the bills, they’re just there for social hour. Little blond girl will slam the door on your face, literally. Then she’ll go hide in the back.

Beware FAKE reviews!
The service was good, but the line took a while and the smoothie tasted better the last time I went. However, this isn’t the reason I am writing this review. A friend of mine is a mother to one of the employees there, and she said that management told the employees to write fake 5 star reviews. So beware, any of these recent 5 star reviews could be fake! This says a lot about the franchise we are purchasing from!

Customer service is great, no complaints there. The problem is the smoothie itself. I strongly believe a smoothie should be a thick consistency; However, I always seem to get a watery run down smoothie with a lack of flavor. I tend to ask for extra ice when this happens but that only makes it very bland.

Amazing smoothies and even better customer service! Every time I stop by after my workout I get greeted with many welcomes and I leave feeling satisfied and welcomed. 10/10 highly recommend
