Wendy's

There service is horrible! And the food is either over cooked or been sitting or a combination of both! They rushed me out the drive through. They didn't give me a receipt. By bacon was burnt , my wife wanted a apple Pecan salad and missing the pecan's. I requested butter sour cream for my potato and the lady must be the devil cause she swore to God it was in there. I don't want my money back I don't want an apology I want great customer service as well as some delicious fast food sometimes! Get it together Wendy's in lansing il you guys are hurtin!!!!

I used to work at this location in 2013, and it has went downhill every since then! I ordered the taco salad combo and had to pull foward and wait 10 minutes...for a salad?? Then when I got home, it has no salsa, no dressing, the tomatoes are slices like from the sandwich station, and my fries were old and cold! So I paid 13 dollas for some lettuce and chilli and no one will answer the phone to rectify the situation!

Terrible food, service and employees. Please close down or get a better team. The meat on my double burger was the day before meat pattie that sat out on the counter overnight. Took 15 minutes and I was the only order on the inside that ordered two meals. Got a free frosty because of the long wait. The employee seemed confused and off track.

Terrible!!! Cheeseburger was dry and overcooked, fries were cold waited at the window for my food while cashier ignored me while he talked with his coworkers. When I complained about my food sitting there, he told me he didn't know it was there. Should have checked it before I pulled off. Couldn't even eat it. Got it bagged to take back to Wendy's. No respect and as usual out of baked potatoes and chili.

I had to give them 1 star because there’s no option for 0 stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I waited 5mins before someone began to take my order. Paid for my food just fine, although they don’t give you a receipt. Got to the window to get my food & the short Hispanic lady with glasses basically threw my bag of food at me. Waited almost 5 mins for my drink. Said thank you when she handed it to me, she said absolutely nothing, closed the window & walked away with an attitude.
