First time at this location, ordered loaded tots, 10 boneless wings, 10 boneless wing combo and 10 shrimp. Waitress told me if I purchase a calendar for $7 I could get the shrimp for free because there was a coupon in the calendar they would honor so I took the "deal" - this would save me $5. Only thing good was the fruit punch and loaded tots. The shrimp and chicken were fried so hard it took forever to chew and swallow. I watched my daughter struggle to swallow her food. Once we received our food the waitress never came back so we couldn't complain to her. I had to go to the counter and get containers and find a waitress to bring me my receipt. Poor service. I do commend the waitress who assisted in getting me out of the door, but I would not recommend this location. For the price of the shrimp they were very small. And when I got my check the calendar rang up for $14.99 and marked it down to 50% off so I didn't save any money in fact I pay more to offset the calendar - total rip off. First and last time coming here.

The only reason I gave one star is because of my waitress, other than that it deserves 0. Me and my kids came to this location yesterday. Me and my oldest ordered bone in wings, my youngest ordered boneless. None of our food was hot, everything was lukewarm. My oldest son’s order had to be taken off the bill because when he bit into his wing it was uncooked and bloody. It messed the whole experience up for us. We left very quickly. I am definitely not coming back to this location. First impressions are everything. But on a good note, our waitress was very nice and her service was great, but the food, NOT AT ALL PLEASANT.

I think the manager need to put more attention specially in the pickup orders. I don't know but I think this is not a good presentation for the food. I think you need to put more attention in this and the customer services too because the 2 cashiers that were in the pickup area looks like their phones are more important that the customer that are in front of them. I hope the manager or the corporation do something for this bad experience.

I’ve given this location multiple attempts. 3 strikes you’re out. The service is fine. On par with what you would expect from a chain restaurant. However, the wings there are terrible. They taste twice cooked and there is little to no breading. If I wanted wings without breading, I could have went to B-Dubs. Visited the location in Oak Lawn and the wings were just as I remembered and enjoyed. I really hope they get their act together. This was my favorite location before the onset of the pandemic.

First time at this location, Fast Service, Hot food , clean inside waiting area and I had a pleasant host name Amayrah, another young lady also helped , but I forgot to get her name (8/3/2021 at 2:21) so that why I am putting the date in here😊just in case they can get the acknowledgment they deserve! My granddaughter was happy with her lunch!
