While they are consistently good, they went above and beyond today. I ordered a drink not realizing it has lemonade in it. I need to avoid that much acid so I couldn't drink it. Without hesitation, the barista made a different drink for me, even though it was 100% my fault and against policy. I was very impressed with them and grateful for the change 😊

I Love Your Employées , The Food And Drinks Are Great But You Need A Vacuum Cleaner For The Carpet Then It Will Be A Nice Experience , P.S. You Have Some Strange People Out Here In The World , The Girls Should Not Be By There Selves Closing The Store , That Is Not Safe , At Least Have Two , One Working The Counter And One Cleaning So There Not Alone , Thank You 😊

I’m only leaving this review bc the young man who is behind the coffee machine is a beast!!!!!! He’s a lightskin with lighter brown hair. He is absolutely amazing, and killing while his co worker WONT MOVE behind the cash register… she keeps hounding him with orders and not stopping to help. Seriously get this man a better co worker bc little miss isn’t it. I came in on 4/2/23

I usually stop at this Biggby on the days I drop my kids off at school. The staff is friendly and my drinks are usually made correctly, if not, they are quick to fix it. The store is pretty clean. Missy, the assistant manager in the morning, is full of suggestions when I want to try something new. Tried the Bananna Chip freeze with a bananna instead of the Tonic, very tasty, almost like a dessert.
