The chicken sandwiches are good but the place NEEDS to be lit up at night. It’s very hard to see amongst all the other businesses on the road because it has 0 lights on outside. Not even the sign is lit up

Never had an issue at this KFC location. The staff is always friendly and the order isn't ever incorrect! Usually only come for pickup orders but I'm inside it's just fine also! Keep it up West Saginaw KFC team!

I overall happy with this location. The speaker on the drive through could be a bit higher to hear it my truck so I have to turn it off. Overall even thought the line wraps around the lot they are good at moving people through and getting good food. Our stuff has always been good at times when it was busy.

For being fast food, it didn't taste like it. Our food was as if it were made at home with love. The woman working the window was great with our short wait time. She had an amazing energy about her...just a kind soul. My new favorite take-out for chicken for sure!

Today the chicken and sides were good. However, we didn't get any napkins, butter or honey sauce for the biscuits. Going here is always a surprise. Will the coleslaw be bone dry? Will the chicken be fresh and hot? Will we get napkins? I guess you just have to come by and check it out for yourself! Maybe the stars are in the right alignment 😊

KFC is improving but ordered crispy chicken strips but was not so crispy. The food was still good. Wish they would bring back the sweat and sour sauce. Love the coleslaw.

Picked up a pot pie and chicken strips meal for the 2 of us. Pot pie was great and the strips were good as well. The strips were decent size and fresh. Previous trips the strips looked like they were cut in half and not cooked all the way. The young man working the window was great. He easy to hear, repeated the order to ensure it was right and he was very polite. That's hard to find, so thank you!

They really do a good job of providing a "home-cooked" meal at a fast food restaurant. 9 times out of 10 the chicken is piping hot, moist, and well seasoned. This is an extremely busy location and they keep the line moving quickly and efficiently. I've never had an inaccurate order.
