Kfc

Place my order via the drive thru and order my dinner with a large french fries only to get home, the fries was not in the bag. After calling the store back to back 8 times the manager answered. I explained to him that I did not receive my fries, he asked if I could come back and pick them up. I stated no I’m home could you refund the fries back on my card, he stated he could not but I could come back tomorrow and pick up a order of fries. The next day I arrived and he provided me with my fries and I request do I receive any Compensation for my time and gas. He told me NO! Never again will KFC get a dime from me.

Stopped in at the Kentucky fried chicken on Annapolis rd. Food wasn't all that great....more dry than anything.like it had been sitting under the heat-lamp for a few hrs. The girl who took my money wasn't to friendly to boot. Maybe a little smile and have a nice day , may have made the meal , go down a little easier. But thats the newer generation. I'm used to it by now.

It's 8/26/2021 @7:09pm. This evening crew is the worst. Now, I know when things are busy folks get tired and annoyed, however, we must stay professional and provide exceptional customer service, which was not given at this location. I've ordered and currently sitting in my car awaiting my family meal of tenders, fries and biscuits and its been 17 minutes. The young lady who took my order was very nasty, no professionalism at all. The young lady who delivered my food to me however was rather nice, but looked annoyed too. 😒 First and last time customer.
