This is an every weekend for me, the food is spot on, always quick and always a massive portion, large English is £9, nice friendly staff, free parking right outside, plenty of inside and outside seating, you can't ask for more 👍

So I really fancied a breakfast the other day and was in Lancing. Nice friendly staff and received a tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if passing through Lancing

Unreal. Been here a few times now. The baguettes are amazing and the cooked breakfasts even better . Staff are very friendly .

Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had for the money med breakfast which was big with tea and toast £5.50 you can't go wrong and parking outside .
