Went through the drive thru and it was an above average wait time to get everything I ordered. I will give the benefit of the doubt of the new Waygu steakhouse burger. This is new on the menu and I got the deluxe Waygu meal. I really loved this bruger on how it was cooked with the sauce on the burger really compliments the overall taste. The staff was friendly and all the food was correct what was ordered. I would go back for the Waygu steakhouse burger again. Worth trying.

Went through last night and got a double roast beef combo. I was surprised after seeing signage about protection outside to see no masks and no gloves being used. The sandwich was good but the fries weren’t hot or crispy, and I wasn’t given a receipt either with my card or in the bag. Also missing the horsey sauce I asked for but that’s a bit minor. Would probably find a different restaurant if I had but again, the sandwich was good.

The past few experiences I've had here have been awful!!! The food has been wrong and cold the last 3 times and when I brought it to the drive thru attendees attention I was just looked at like I had four heads and treated rather rudely especially when it should be a simple request to get my order correct. The sad part is the drive thru person was a "manager". Jamie, if you are a manager I'd hate to see the rest of your staff.

It was late in the day and there was a short line...but we got our order with little wait time. The whole order was correct as ordered...and the food was hot and tasty..

Went here a while ago, can't quite remember what I ordered but I'm sure it was really good. It's Arby's after all.

Better check your order before you leave , last four times going to this location and the order was wrong and service sucks !!! I’m done spending my money there !!!

Very slow, order was wrong, shady characters hanging around in the dine in area, dirty dining area.
