This is THE only sushi spot that offers and make chicken teriyaki rolls. I have tried to negotiate with other sushi spots who does sweet potato rolls, and veggie rolls etc. Yet none I know would take my request to make chicken teriyaki rolls. How insane is that. Thank goodness for sushi express who does. I don't like all that weird, raw or shellfish stuff. But I do have my fix. So when I do have a "sushi" fix I go to them. Taste amazing, idk why other places don't offer it. It's very kid friendly too. And those allergic to shellfish and don't like fish like myself. I rated 4 stars. Because they don't offer delivery, and I'm not a huge fan of the mall.

My friend and I both are so very glad we gave Sushi Express a try. As a treat to ourselves we now buy our lunch there whenever we are at Park City Center. We always get their shrimp Vietnamese spring rolls with the spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce. PERFECTION! My friend always gets (and savors) their miso soup but I like to switch it up among their many other soup selections. This week I tried their mini wanton soup. DELICIOUS! My friend loves sushi and will always select something from their many choices and drifts off into sushi heaven as he eats it. The people who work there are so skilled at what they do and take great pride in their preparations.

This sushi is great! They make amazing food at fair prices. Definitely recommend it in the mall if you're looking for sushi.

My wife and I have been here many times and are never disappointed. It is being delicious and well worth the visit. I would give them a million stars if I could. We always get poke bowls

Always have amazing sushi here. I think they discontinued the lunch menu and their prices have been rising. I can’t blame them but its getting expensive. The golden phoenix roll was mouth watering!

The owners are very kind and treat you very well, especially when you keep coming back. I love salmon nigiri so they allow me to alter one of their signature dishes for only an extra charge, which is fair. They quality and flavor has never disappointed me as other places have, so this is my go-to sushi place:)

My daughter and tried this place for sushi and it was great! The sushi chefs prepared it right in front us and we both enjoyed the rolls. Nice place for a quick healthy lunch or dinner.

The food tastes amazing and was prepared quickly. Got my order to go and was alittle sad not getting the same container that was showed in the menu pictures for the "bento box" (it had a different name but that's how I remembered it) and would have liked alittle bit more rice and meat in my meal but other than that it tasted amazing and I enjoyed it.

Absolutely delicious!! It’s fresh and honestly better than the other sushi restaurants here in Lancaster hands down. Definitely worth trying out!

Actually, one of the better places in the Lancaster area to get sushi. Not the widest selection of fish. They stick to the most popular types, but I don't blame them; It's better to keep stuff that moves quickly to stay fresh. They have some really delicious special rolls too.
