I usually love coming here but as of lately they've been short staffed and the service has been subpar at best. The night we went, there was 1 server and multiple tables of more than 4 guests. I know that wasn't his fault but at that point management really needs to kick into gear. Other than that, the food is always good

I have visited this place many times and each time was not a disappointment the food is exceptional, servers go above and beyond what their expected to do. The price is a little high But, for the quality of the food and service it's very in line. Will keep visiting Bob Evens 10 out of 10 way to go Bob.

We drove 14 miles further into Pennsylvania just to have Bob Evans food. Everyone has to try their soups, Amazing!

Almost every time, when I ordered the wildfire chicken salad then I asked for banana bread. They’re almost ran out or gone. I was so disappointed because this is my favorite kind of bread. Also I have been ordering beef vegetable soup. They told me it’s no longer on the menu. I was so sad. This soup is the best ever! Please bring this beef vegetable soup back!!!!!!

Food was great, service was OK, the server was constantly chewing gum with an open mouth and twice did not comply with my request for lemon in my water.

Sad that there seems to be less menu items available. Quality seems to have gone down just a little. Staff very friendly and helpful

My cousin and I went here the other day for a late lunch. We both ended up ordering breakfast. What we both loved about the menu items is that they offer meals with a sampling of bacon, ham, and sausage. Whereas other restaurants offer only one choice of the three.
We were very happy with our experience here.

I think we found a new fav place in Lancaster.
The Little Piggy Pancakes are so cute for the little ones.
Those rolls are so soft and airy that I can't stop eating them!
Dang Hot Chicken Meal is HOT! but it's so good that you will suffer to eat it LOL
Chili was really good, I took a big container home :D BLT was ok.
So many items on the menu we have to try.

We used to have another Bob Evan's restaurant in the area. It went downhill and closed. This is the only one left in the area, hopefully it stays open as we had a good experience. Service was fast and friendly, food was good with generous portions. Overall, a really good dinner, thank you!
