great staff! however coffee tastes decent only, expected a bit more from the festive drinks
They are dog friendly and I go there nearly daily after taking my dogs for a morning walk. I have made many friends here and if you see two huskies in the window. They are mine.
Lovely coffee, visited this coffee shop many many times, that is, until I parked my pedal bike unobstructing the outside seating area but near me as I sat outside supping my coffee. The manager approached & said I wasn't welcome at the shop again if I bought my bike with me. Won't be drinking my coffee there again that's for sure.
Service poor. 10 minutes wait for 1 take away drink after time stated on app! Ordered regularly, so excuse of lunchtime doesn’t wash. Queue prioritised over orders online. I had to ask twice. 10+ people served in store before my Click & Collect even started! Not good.
Nice coffee, could be hotter at times..tasty food busy at times add to that atmosphere. …
I usually avoid chain coffee shops but this is one of the nicest cafes in Lancaster. The staff are incredibly nice and some of them are quite good baristas. The atmosphere is lovely with comfortable seating. It can get quite busy on weekends and holidays.
