I have used this cafe over the years, often visiting in the past with a friend, on our way to wild places. It serves excellent quality food sourced from local and European producers. It has a specialist deli, with salami, cheese and other niche products. So there's always something novel to try. It even stocks fishermen's relish! The staff have always been great. It's location is excellent, near the bus stop, very sunny morning spot with tables outside.

The chicken, chorizo and rocket toastie was delicious.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely go back next time I am in Lampeter.

Today I had a pot of tea at the table in the sun. Great service. It's an excellent cafe and deli with all sorts of treasures. I have visited this cafe over the years It's always excellent, and does great coffee too.

Small, but airy cafe. They do excellent baguettes, paninis, sandwiches, toasties. The coffee is good here as is the tea. Very recommended.
