My first and last time ordering from here. My order was scheduled to arrive between 7:34-7:49. My order finally arrived at 8:20!? I called because the pizza was cold and the manager said they had issues with other orders which caused delays in delivery and offered me a $15 credit on a future order. This is useless since I’ll never be ordering from here again.

I called from my cell to place an order. The guy answered the phone was very rude and insisted that I was calling from an unidentifiable number. He said that he had been getting prank calls and that I dialed *63 before calling him. I explained again and again that I did not and that I called from cell phone. I told him that he must have a problem with his phone system the guy shouted "no it is your problem" and hung up on me! I could not believe it! I called back because I promised my son to order Pizza hut. The guy answered again and I explained again that I was not a prank caller but he still would not talk to me! I ended up ordering online and it was OK. When it was delivered to me I tipped the guy as usual as it was not his fault. I explained to the guy that they had issues with their phone system and he said he would report to manager. However, I suspected the guy who answered the calls was probably the manager himself! How rude was that! If you are getting a lot calls from unidentifiable number wouldn't you check to see if something was wrong? If you really are suspicious at least offer the customer a choice of giving you credit card info when ordering. How could you refuse to take the order, yield at me and hung up on me? I still ordered because I want you to know that I was not a prank caller and because I promised my son. But this is not over! I am filling a complaint with your corporate office!

AWFUL location. They have NO clue how to make pizza. I ordered a veggie with 4 toppings and there were MAYBE 3 pieces of each on the WHOLE pizza! It was a carry out order and I saw it when I got home. I called and the lady offered NOTHING, not even an apology. I don't want a free pizza because I will NOT be returning but seriously, an apology wouldn't kill you! Like the other review mentioned, this isn't the first time this has happened to me either. I'm done with this location!!

The manager Pat was great, helpful, attentive and friendly. We ordered personal pan pizzas, partly out of nostalgia, and when they came out to the table the crust was beige, slightly flat, and served on a plate. What happened to the little pan and the crust going up the side with the melty brown cheese? This was an utter disappointment. Wish I'd taken a picture of the sad little rounds. The flavor was ok. The breadsticks were just, meh. No buttery sauce or dusty parm on the top. Just bread rectangles with little to no flavor. The marinara sauce was great as always. Also no salads on the menu here. I like the upright arcade machine in there, fun to kill some time, and still just a quarter.

Food is fine, service the absolute worst. And this the third time in 6 weeks. Get it to go or expect to be very frustrated by lack of service. Had to go back into kitchen to get bill and pay. Was a minute away from leaving, after waiting for 10 min for someone to acknowledge we were even there. Whoever owns this place...start over as you know this is hurting biz.
