I would like to leave a positive review for Kimberly in automotive. She was very honest, patient, kind and friendly. I came in to buy new tires and a new battery because I thought needed one. I asked that they check my battery before installing a new because I wasn't sure if I needed a new battery or not. Upon checking out I ask her if I needed a new battery she left the register to double check if they had checked my battery which they didn't and they installed another one. She checked my battery for me and found out I didn't need a new battery after all so she had them put my original battery back in and she took it off my bill. Her honesty and hardwork deserves to be highlighted and appreciated. In the past, I have had lots of experience with bad customer service she went above and beyond to ensure I was treated fair and wasn't over charged for something I didn't need thank you Kimberly!

I'd give a half a star if I could. The employees are nice. The store and corporation suck. I am ready to start driving out of town for things I can't get at other stores. Today was the third time I have gone into the store and there was no cart at the entrance I went to, and no cart at the other entrance. I was left to fetch my own cart from halfway down into the parking lot. A company that made a $559.15 billion dollar profit, cannot hire enough employees because they are to stingy to pay people. The store attempts to force people to check themselves out and the ln they want to check my receipt.

I give this Walmart an okay It's always crazy busy But was saying that they don't have enough cashiers, Even though you scan had a long waiting line, One of the door entrance way is shut down because their closing soon and so is the use scan area it's by that door It would be helpful to have both sides of the U-Scan open so that you can push people through especially when it's so crowded over the weekends. It was a little bit dirty there was some freezer burn on the ice cream, in the front bathrooms were messed and there was no toilet paper in the stalls you had to kind of seek it out some had it some did not, And they're running low on the soap dispenser there still was some but it was running low

I visited this location on 6/18/22 between 5-6pm for the first time in a while & was instantly reminded why I try to avoid Walmart at all costs. My trip to the store started in the pharmacy where the associate who took in my prescription was nice as well as knowledgeable. Great customer service there. As I continued shopping, I was looking for chili. I was looking around & there was an associate there stocking the aisle. I said, “excuse me,” as I asked him where I could find the chili, & he had a terrible attitude. He answered as if I were bothering him. I almost apologized to him for him having to be at work that day. 😒 He was completely rude with his response. Nonetheless, I got what I needed & continued shopping. I needed assistance with a deep freezer, & the young man who helped me did a great job. He waited patiently at the register while I purchased my items, & he helped me load the deep freezer in my car. As we waited for a register, a female associate approached us & walked in front of me in the cramped space of the line & dryly said, “excuse me,” as if I were in her way. Just to carry a conversation with the associate who was helping me. Overall, minus the 2 associates who provided me with excellent service, the employees I encountered were rude. These employees literally seemed as if they did not want to be at work. Walmart should provide better training or go through a more extensive interview process.

Waited in garden section for 30 min waiting on assistance with patio furniture. Went and found an employee twice and asked for help to no avail. Employee told me I'd be better off finding a way to get it up front myself. Great customer service right? Store is crowded but only 3 registers open. I left my buggy full and walked out. Will not be back.

I should be getting paid for having to bag and check myself out. When you need help with something, you can never find anyone. The employees are just standing around and getting paid for doing nothing. The buggies are never cleaned, they always have trash left in them every time I go there. I think it's time for me to find another place to shop.
